					<description>Actually I think the big problem is not the technology, but the lack of good content which is relevant to the rural people. If you show people a lot of value, they'll invest their time and effort to learn the technology. For instance, my dad really never liked buying stuff online (or for that matter he disliked the entire web). But these days he buys all his flight tickets online (because he realised it is cheaper and convenient to buy online especially after the launch of budget airlines). The same is true with my mom getting to know to use Skype to talk to me from India. Talking to her son overseas (for free!) is a good incentive for her to learn to use a PC to get online, and talk with Skype.</description>
