How can things improve overnight? It will take a whole new generation with a new mindset to get things worked out, or you need to have a true believer heading an institution to make things happen. I am thinking of the officer in Delhi who headed the Metro project and got it done. What I feel sad about is that this can be done without much effort. It is double saddening when you leave an Indian airport and a few hours away either in Dubai, Singapore or HK you are greeted with such excellent service at the airport.
